- If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item(s) purchased from mascotfestival.com, simply contact our Support Center at service@mascotfestival.com
- Mascot Festival is not liable for problems under Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- We are responsible for managing an arrangement with the manufacturer for all the following defective items within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color difference, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at service@mascotfestival.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If your return is accepted, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. But all the shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We can do free exchange if the size does not fit, but you should pay for the exchange shipping fees.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Our warranty does not apply to products listed under the following categories: clearance items. Mascot Festival will always try to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
- For losing threads, and small seam problem are not including to quality problem.
- All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and their original packaging intact.
- Return will not be accepted without contacting our customer service.
- If you want to cancell an order, please contact us via e-mail (service@mascotfestival.comt), if the order is unshipped, then the customer service will help you. You only have 1 hour after the order to make a cancellation and you will pay 10% fee of the amount of the order cancelled. After one hour we will not be able to cancel the order.
