Shipping Policy

 Thank you for visiting and shopping at mascotfestival.myshopify.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Important: The shipping time may be affected by COVID-19 countries regulations, local mail destination countries, bad weather and international couriers.

Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled.

Order Status

  1. You can track your order with the tracking number that you will receive from our service support.
  2. You can email providing us with name, order number, or email address, and a customer service team agent will help you in less than 24 business hours.

  4. If you want to cancell an order, please contact us via e-mail (service@mascotfestival.com), if the order is unshipped, then the customer service will help you. You only have 1 hour after the order to make a cancellation and you will pay 10% fee of the amount of the order cancelled. After one hour we will not be able to cancel the order.

Shipment processing time

  1. All orders are processed within 5 business days, before the shipping process. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  2. The average shipping numbers of days to receive the orders is about 15 business days in the United States and about 27 business days in the rest of the world.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates

  1. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
  2. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
  3. Products shipped from Asia and Europe may increase shipping rates and times will be subject to the transportation methods used by the manufacturers.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  1. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation. The tracking number will be sent to you once the order has been confirmed usually taking 5 business days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  1. mascotfestival.myshopify.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


  1. mascotfestival.myshopify.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, we will help you to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  2. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Notes for shipping:

  1. For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email address and mobile number during checkout process.
  2. NO PO BOXES for shipping addresses
  3. Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column cannot be compensated.
  4. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by mascotfestival.myshopify.com.
  5. Your order can be tracked if you call the local mail office when it arrives in your country's facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.
  6. If you have any question, please contact our customer service: service@mascotfestival.com. Our CS team will reply within 48 hours.

  2. Attention: Please ensure that your account email is correct so you will receive an order confirmation after placing an order successfully. Order details will be included, such as order number. Please check out your email carefully. If still not, pay attention to your junk/spam folder.
